A PRACTICAL FIRST STEP

Explore the robot and choose a discipline that interests you. Send a short introduction through the team’s public Instagram profile and ask about current opportunities, eligibility and the next meeting.

The learning paths begin with the robot’s systems and work toward motion, sensing and control. Use them to build context before contacting the team; ask the team directly about its current entry requirements.

Include your area of interest, any relevant project or experience, and the time you can offer. If you are new to robotics, tell us what you would like to learn.

A competition programme also involves strategy, documentation, photography, communication and community work. Explore the different disciplines rather than limiting your interest to one mechanism.
